I am currently employed in TeleTrader Software GmbH in Vienna as an software architect, project, and product manager.
Customer web projects in the last couple of years are based on the platform that I have conceived and created architecture for. Now I’m leading a team of experienced developers to extend and maintain the platform. It’s very flexible while keeping high level of code reuse.
I successfully introduced Agile methodology, greatly improved development, build, and release processes and methodology. I am also a certified Scrum Master.
The job requires the capability to see the big picture, realize creative solutions and to have a keen eye for the details of implementation. Communication, organization, work process optimization, and team leading are important parts of the job.
Additionally, I am managing the software and product development of the TeleTrader.com financial portal, and am in charge of product management for a number of smaller projects.
